• STEP 1 Fax Request

You will need to notify the passport office that we will be picking-up your passport on your behalf. Giving them our Drivers details and the company name. (You will need to fax this information through to the Passport Office and a copy through to us).

• STEP 2 ID & Fax

When we arrive at the Passport Office we show our fax received from yourselves along with our Identificiation to sign for your Document or Passport.

• STEP 3 Identification ID

You will need to show us some I.D for us to Deliver and hand over your Passport if not yourself of course!

• STEP 4 Passport Document Delivery

Your Passport of Document can be delivered to your chosen address, home or office etc. Our Delivery Service can be modified to suit your needs.

• SECURITY

Once we have signed for your Passport or document it does NOT leave our drivers possession until it is Delivered at its destination and signed for by yourself or chosen member.
